we want to do a land and sea vacation and want to know how to price it? It would be grandparents, parents and grandkids... can someone please help

Deanna, one of my favorite villains, Ursula once said, "Life's full of tough choices, isn't it?" With Disney Vacations by Land and Sea, now you don't have to choose- you can do both!

There are a couple of different ways to do this. The most straightforward way is to book a Land and Sea package directly through Disney Cruise Line by calling (800) 951-3532. The Disney Cruise Line Reservation Specialist can give you prices. Then all your plans would then be under one reservation, and you would follow one set of deposit and vacation balance payoff timelines. They would also take care of booking your resort stay and theme park tickets. The only caveat is that they are unable to add on any extras to the land portion of your trip such as the Disney Dining Plan and Memory Maker.

The second option would be to book your cruise and your and Walt Disney World Resort stay separately. This is how I planned our trip for this summer, and I contacted a travel agent who is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner for help. They can create customized vacations, and their services are free of charge. They are also adept at looking for Special Offers or promotions at Walt Disney World.

Disney transportation will be the same regardless of which option you choose. If you are traveling from the airport to your resort, or from your resort back to the airport, bus transportation is complimentary through Disney’s Magical Express. However, if you need transportation from your resort to Port Canaveral, or from Port Canaveral back to the airport, you will need to book your transfers directly through Disney Cruise Line or through your travel agent.

Have fun sailing the high seas with Mickey, Deanna!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
