    Greetings, Breanna!

Thanks for bringing your great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I just can't wait for your son to experience the magic of the Disneyland Resort as I have seen first-hand with my own son.

I think two years old is such a fantastic age to really start enjoying and appreciating so much the parks have to offer. Your son will be able to meet so many Characters, eat delicious treats, and experience classic and thrilling attractions. I recommend being prepared with snacks, water, and a plan for when he is ready for nap time. My son loves sleeping in his stroller in the parks, but some children may want to head back to the room. Try to keep his schedule similar to home so he stays happy. If you need a place to change or have your son use the potty, I recommend the convenient Baby Care Centers located in each park. My son enjoyed the tiny toilets, and he even got a sticker after going potty by himself!

If you have the Extra Magic Hour benefit from staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you are more than welcome to take your son with you even though he does not have a park ticket yet. You will just need to show your Disneyland Resort Hotel room key when you enter the park in the morning. We find that Extra Magic Hours are the best for experiencing so many toddler-friendly attractions (without a height requirement) with little to no wait time. In Disneyland Park we always head straight to Fantasyland for favorites like Peter Pan's Flight, Mad Tea Party, and Dumbo the Flying Elephant to name just a few. Over in Disney California Adventure Park my son has a blast on Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!, Toy Story Midway Mania, and The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel's Undersea Adventure.

I hope this helps, and I can't wait for your trip. Have a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah day!
