    Terra from ID Asked

I know there will be many other things to do on a cruise, but are there opportunities to watch football on board. Preferably college football. Thanks!

    Ahoy Terra!

I'm happy to answer this question about two of my favorite things - Disney Cruise Line and college football! Being from the state of Alabama, we eat, sleep and breathe college football down here. Also, just because I'm from Alabama doesn't mean I'm for Alabama - I'm a die-hard Auburn fan. War Eagle!

A few years ago, we booked a cruise that fell right in the middle of college bowl games. My husband was so worried we were going to miss something! No need to worry, as I discovered on that sailing, each ship in the Disney fleet has a pub or a bar with lots of televisions broadcasting the big games while you're at sea. The only issue you may have is whether or not their satellite service will pick up a specific game you'd like to watch. All you need to do is check with a Cast Member prior to the airing of your game, to see if it will be showing on the ship. Hopefully you won't have to miss a single play!

Here's where you can catch some football action on each ship:
You'll also have access to popular TV networks such as ABC and ESPN on your stateroom television. If you find your game on TV, remember to take advantage of 24-hour complimentary Room Service and order snacks to enjoy in your stateroom while you cheer on your team!

I hope this helps! Have a magical day - Diane W.
