I know there are smoking areas around the resorts, but can a guest go out to the parking lot and smoke in their vehicle? (we are driving to WDW)

    Hello Rosemary!

Like you, I am also aware that there are designated smoking areas all throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.   However, I had to verify the answer to your specific question with a Cast Member.  If you are in your own car and away from other people, you should be fine.  However, you should verify this with a Cast Member at check-in at your Walt Disney World Resort to be certain.  You can also look here at some other questions and answers regarding Disney's Smoke-Free Policy.

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I wish you a magical vacation!
