I know we can pick more fast passes using the kiosk in the parks once we use up our first three that we booked on-line. Why can we not use our mobile device to book more fast passes rather than stand in line for a kiosk? The point is to avoid lines...?

    Hi Laura,

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel to ask your question. Guests are responding positively to the additional FastPass+ selections we're given after our first 3 are redeemed. I know our family really enjoyed this treat during our most recent trip to Walt Disney World. At this time, you can only get these additional selections when you visit a FastPass+ kiosk. The queues for these kiosks can be found throughout each park, to aide in the result of a short wait time for each guest. During our time within Disney's Hollywood Studios last month, we never waited more than 15 minutes to speak with a cast member at a FastPass+ kiosk. I'm hoping for the same experience for you.

While we can't make additional FastPass+ selections through the My Disney Experience app at the present, you can alter the additional selections once they are chosen at the kiosk. So, if for any reason you need to change the time you visit an attraction to redeem you selection, you'll be able to do so with your own smart phone. No need to go back to the kiosk.

I hope this answered your question, Laura. If you have any more questions while planning your magical vacation, feel free to ask us at anytime.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
