I know some 2019 packages have opened for booking. When would I be able to book at trip for WDW for Nov 30-Dec 7, 2019? Looking to stay at Grand Floridian.

    Hi Nicole!

Welcome BACK to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for making the Disney Parks Moms Panel apart of your vacation planning process again and again. Every question you ask helps not only your family but also future quests who are wondering the same things. So high five for helping others too!

Packages for the beginning of next year were recently announced, and just like you, I'm curious to find out what else will be offered throughout 2019. While promos, deals, discounts and special offers are announced at almost random intervals throughout the year, I have personally seen some packages announced a year in advance and some that start in a month. That might seem like it's hard to plan around, however I have two pro tips that might help:

First - You can book a rooms-only Disney Resort Hotel Reservation up to 499 days in advance of your desired check-out date. This is a fantastic option to ensure that you'll have a bed for your head at your desired Disney Resort Hotel for your specific vacation dates. As packages are released you'll be able to upgrade your reservation to include whichever offer works best for your family. Do note that the reservation system calendar only goes out 499 days, and you can only book once the entire length of your stay falls into those available 499 days. To make a reservation more than a year in advance you must call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservation line at (407) 939-1936.

Second - Bookmark or 'like and follow' the Disney Parks Blog across all of their social media channels. They'll usually have a post announcing when new packages are released, so you'll be among the first to get the memo.

I hope this helped, Nicole, and we'll see you in 2019!
