I know my grown autistic twins can't wear their Princess Aurora dresses (one pink, one blue)around the park, but what about changing into it at Akershus and wearing it just during the meal? Love the panel ... planning third visit to WDW

Hi, Rochelle! I saw your question and paused for a couple minutes thinking about how awesome it would be if my autistic sister wore a costume into the parks. She has one heck of a Mickey costume. If I can ever get our whole family together for a grand gathering, I want to credit you with the idea!

It sounds like you've experienced the magic of the parks with your family before. What I'd give to see the magic reflected in the eyes of your daughters. I think people would adore your daughters even more if they wore their Princess Aurora dresses in the park - especially with you already having solved the fairies' pink/blue dilemma. They'll be the source of so many smiles to cast members and guests alike. Their happiness will radiate to all those around them.

If you'd like to wait for them to don their dresses though, go for it! There are restrooms inside Akershus. I'd say use that as a last resort. Ask guest services (to the left of Spaceship Earth) on your way in where a good changing area would be. In my experience, the cast members will totally hook you up with a place to make your daughters even more regal.

    Have a blast!
