I know I don't need a ticket for my 2 yr old, but do we need to include her with our group so the resort knows we're bringing a preschooler? If so, how do we do this if we've already received our wristbands?

Hi Jillian! Traveling with a two year old is so much fun when the destination is Walt Disney World. Seeing and experiencing their reactions to all the characters and attractions is a memory you will never forget.

A child who is under three years of age does not need a ticket but you must include them in your resort reservation and all dining reservations. Resorts have a room capacity number that they must adhere to according to state fire codes. Children using portable cribs are often exempt to the number and can be included but you also want the resort to be aware you will need a crib during your stay. Your Resort Reservation should include the number of adults, children, and infants in its information. If not please call and adjust it with central reservations, 407-WDISNEY.

Your dining reservations need for guests to include all children no matter what age as they need to make sure you have a table large enough to accommodate your group without blocking aisles and other tables. They understand that your younger ones will not necessarily be eating off a menu but they do need to make space for a high chair etc. If you need to adjust your numbers you can call the dining reservation group at 407-939-3463.

The younger kids won't need a Magic Band so no worries about that and thus they will not need a FastPass of their own but can accompany you on the attractions where they qualify according to height restrictions and such. Hope this helps answer your question.
