    I know that disney hotels are set up for children but which ones are set up better for a 2 year old. Her father and I will be taking her in June of 2010 for her first visit. Also what type of activities are there that involve Mickey he is her favorite.

    Ashley,

    You are correct, that all the Disney hotels are set up for handling families with smaller children. But with a two year old there are some choices that I think are better than others. Let me tell you my preferences, by resort class;

    Deluxe: Polynesian, Wilderness Lodge, Grand Floridian
    I like these three above the others because of their proximity and boat access to the Magic Kingdom. I include them, but not the Contemporary, because I think they all have a warmer ambiance that resonates with a very young child. The boat rides can also offer a relaxing alternative to other transportation options.

    Moderate: Caribbean Beach
    The network of resort pools can help you get a quieter swimming experience for a very young child. For more active fun there is a new toddler pool feature that is themed to a pirate ship.

    Value: Pop Century
    Really there is not much difference here, but the lake side part of the resort can make for some quieter relaxation areas than the other Value resorts can't offer.

    As for Mickey, there are Character meals, greeting areas, and shows.

    I am glad to answer any follow up questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
