Christmas on Main Street

I know Disney announces the park hours about 6 months in advance, but from watching it the last few months it seems it's always about 177 days in advance - short of the 180 days for ADRs. Do you know if they will release earlier for the holidays?

    Hi Christi,

You sound like my kind of Mouseketeer - a true planner at heart! You are correct that the park hours calendar does generally show the times for the next 6 months, and that likely won't change even for the holidays. However, no worries...I have a way where you are able to see up to 190 days worth of park hours, show times for parades and nighttime shows, and Extra Magic Hours

You'll simply want to log in to your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Itinerary." On the next screen, click on "Add Plans" over on the left-hand side, then choose "Add Parks & Places." From there, you'll simply click the dates on the calendar and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, you'll automagically have access to 190 days of planning information! I hope that this will help you put together your own perfect itinerary and be ready when your dining reservation window opens 180 days before your arrival!

I'm so excited for you because you'll be visiting at my very favorite time of year! The theme parks and Resort hotels will be in full-on holiday celebration mode with gorgeous decorations and festive music. Plus, there will be special events like Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party happening, too, and I'd definitely encourage you to soak up as much holiday magic as possible!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christi, and please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip! Have a truly magical vacation!
