Hello, I would like to know the difference between the magic base your way tickets to the other ticket options. we are coming for 12 days and would like to visit all the parks and both water parks. what would be the best option for my family?

    Hi Kayla,

The Magic Your Way Base Tickets allow you to go into one of the 4 main parks (Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios) on each day.  You have the option to purchase "add ons" to the base ticket to customize your tickets for your vacation.  For example, if you think you'll want to visit 2 parks on the same day you'll want to add the Park Hopper option.  To take advantage of water parks, Disney Quest, Oak Trail Golf Course and Wide World of Sports you can add the Water Park Fun and More option to your base tickets.

Since you are visiting for 12 days, I think you'll be able to get away with just purchasing Magic Your Way Tickets with Water Park Fun and More option added.  I don't think you'll need the ability to park hop.  It's a nice option to have, but it can be rather expensive.  Now you need to decide if you need a 12 day pass.  If you plan on spending a day or two only visiting Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon and you don't think you'll be going into a major park, then you'll only need to get a 10 or 11 day pass.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
