I know the dates for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party have not been announced yet, but what time does MK usually close to non-party attending guests on the nights they hold MVMCP? Does MK not do the Wishes Spectacular on the nights of MVMCP?

    Hi Brittany,

You are correct that the dates for the 2012 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party have not yet been announced. Keep an eye out for more information on that in the spring.

Historically, the Magic Kingdom has closed to non-party guests at 7:00 p.m. on days when the park is hosting MVMCP and Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

During party nights, there are no regular fireworks. Wishes is not shown on party nights. Instead, there are special fireworks themed to the party. Guests without party tickets may watch these special fireworks from outside the park (from the beach at the Polynesian, for example), but to see any fireworks from inside the park on a party night, you will need a party ticket.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
