Moms, Do you know of any cookbooks that have recipes from King Stephan's Banquet Hall or the LillyBelle? Yes, I'm aging myself, but those dishes would be worth it! --{-@

    Hi Rochelle,

You're not going to believe this, but I have an old cookbook titled "Cooking with Mickey, Volume II" and it has the following recipes from King Stefan's Banquet Hall:

    (1) Turkey Vegetable Soup; (2) Cinderella Salad; (3) Green Goddess Dressing; (4) Grilled Fish Dinner; (5) Seafood Brochette; (6) Chicken Robin; (7) Roast Prime Rib; (8) The Coachman; and (9) Apple-Blackberry Cobbler.

It appears that Cinderella brought her own recipes when she took over the restaurant and made it her royal table!

As far as The Empress Lilly goes, my book has the recipes for:

    (1) Black Bean Soup; (2) Beef Barley Soup; (3) Fresh Fruit Salad; (4) Pan Fried Chicken Salad; (5) Steerman's Salad; (6) Baked Stuffed Shrimp Imperial; (7) Sautéed Trout with Cashew Cilantro Butter; and
    (8) Seafood Primavera.

Obviously, I bought this cookbook a LONG time ago. However, it may not be a bad idea to reach out to the Merchandise Guest Services team to see if they can help you find a copy. You can e-mail them at:

Since we're talking about restaurants of yore, this cookbook also has the recipe for L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante's Fettuccine Alfredo. In fact, I regularly make it for my family!

Since you're an amateur chef like me, I'll share the keys to matching the flavor profile of that dish:

    (1) You have to use Plugra butter (which has a higher butterfat content than regular butter); (2) Don't use any cream; and (3) Use finely-grated (I use a zester) Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Trust me, I put in a lot of R&D in order to perfect this dish!

I hope that helps! I love talking to other Disney foodies, so please feel free to write back if I can be of any further assistance!

    Best regards,
