Attractions for teens

How do we know which attractions have the longest wait times and are the most popular? In order to pick fast pass choices?

    Hi April,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted that you brought this question to us. Waiting - it is certainly not my favorite way to pass the time!

Although I have googled Walt Disney World wait time and crowd calendars in the past, I now primarily use the My Disney Experience Mobile App to see current wait times for rides and attractions. We typically book Fast Pass+ for:
    • Magic Kingdom - Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain (on our second Magic Kingdom day, we book Fast Pass+ for Space Mountain and Tomorrowland Speedway)
    • Epcot - Test Track, RELAUNCHED! Mission: SPACE
    • Disney's Hollywood Studies - Toy Story Mania!, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, and Star Tours - The Adventures Continue
    • Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park - Avatar Flight of Passage, Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Forest and Kilimanjaro Safaris

Having listed these attractions, I must add that your family may have certain ride preferences, so the "popular" rides may be different for you. Be sure to check the height requirements using the Attractions List. On our first visit with our girls, one of them was just barely tall enough to ride Soarin'. We measured her at home before selecting Soarin' as a Fast Pass+ because I certainly did not want to waste a Fast Pass+. Of course, as we went through the line, a cast member stopped her to measure her. Fortunately, she made it! And, both girls LOVED the ride.

April, I do hope you take an expedition on Pandora at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park. It is spectacular!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
