What kind of documents should I expect to receive via regular mail not email? Just my magic bands and luggage tags or should I be excepting more?

Hello Samantha and thanks for bringing such an important question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Part of the fun for me when planning and looking forward to my families next upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort is receiving pixie dusted mail via email or the mail man as it really does seem to help build the excitement and anticipation of our trip.
I'm happy to share that Guests with valid postal address within the United States of America should receive their complimentary MagicBands and luggage tags around 11 days prior to check-in at their chosen Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  Additionally Guests who've booked more than 15 days ahead of their arrival date can look forward to receiving Guest arrival documentation in the mail (subject to payment in full) and for hotel reservations made less than 14 days ahead of check-in date Guests can expect to receive all welcome documentation upon check-in at their Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.
You may also wish to perform an Online Check-in prior to arriving at Walt Disney World Resort which truly does seem to help speed up the whole check-in process enabling your family to begin enjoying their magical vacation as quick as you can sing a whole happy verse of Zip-a-dee-doo-dah!
    Have a great Disney day.
