Hi Kimberly! I read a previous question that you answered about securing adjoining rooms with a king bed in one room, and double beds in the other room. How would I go about making that type of reservation using the 4 days/ 3 free promo? visit 5/30-6/6

We recently stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort in connecting rooms. One room had a king bed, while the other room had the two double beds plus the rooms were connected by an internal door.

Note that adjoining rooms are rooms that are next to each other. Connecting rooms have a door that allows internal access between the two rooms.

In order to get this arrangement, we made sure to note our request on our reservation. We were traveling during a slow time of year however. Requests are not guaranteed.

When you book any package including the current promotion, you'll book one kind bed room and one standard double bed room. Then, you'll have it noted on your reservation that you request adjoining or connecting rooms.

Many guests arrive to find their rooms next to each other but are dismayed to not actually have an internal door between their rooms. Please be sure to make your request clear.

    Have a magical journey!
