The kids are under my wifes account but since we are connected I can make reservations for them and fastpasses. I made reservations for them but these do not show up on my her account. We have the share all my plans checked on both accounts. Any ideas?

Hi, Kyle! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Mickey and I are sorry to hear you are experiencing some difficulties with your My Disney Experience account. Depending on how you set permissions for each person in your account, people connected to your Family & Friends list should be able to see all of your plans. I suggest double-checking your settings, and choose "All My Plans," as your sharing option. Also, look in your email inbox to see if you received a confirmation number for your dining and Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservations- you might need to link the reservations to your account. If your plans, including your FastPass+ selections, still do not show up in your wife's account, try contacting the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. They open their phone lines at 7:00 AM EST, and I suggest calling early, as they do get busy later in the day.

I hope some pixie dust comes your way, Kyle! If you need anything else, remember we're all ears!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
