With Kids 5,6,8,16,19 what should we do? we will be there June 8-15 and plan on going to the parks the 9th-13th. Help!

Hi Merleice!  You will be coming with a wide age group of children so planning is a must for everyone to enjoy the vacation. If you are comfortable with the older two being on their own in the parks it will let you concentrate on the interests of the younger three.  We would often do this with our children and would always have meeting times and places. This worked well and while sitting down over a meal we all would share our experiences from the day.

All can head to the same parks each day and make sure you are together to enjoy the parades and fireworks as well.  The attractions will be where you might feel comfortable dividing up but also consider using Rider Swap if only the very young ones cannot do a ride.

Take at least one full day for each park and when you have done all four of them let the children decide where to head back to for the other days. Make some dining reservations if possible in the parks and try to enjoy one table service meal a day just to relax and communicate. Don't forget to explore and use your resort facilities as not all magic happens in a park.

Have the kids review the park attractions and make a list of their top ten in each park and then find which all will enjoy and which you will need to split and conquer. You can see them by clicking HERE. If you need more detailed planning I will be glad to help!
