    James from NJ Asked

My kids are visiting me from out of town I'm a passholder can I buy tickets for them and then re-assign to them on my app?

Hi, James! This is a great question, so I am glad you stopped by to chat with us! In my Disney Theme Park Ticket purchase experience, the system has had me assign a ticket to a specific person within my Family & Friends List while I was completing its purchase. This should make it super easy for you to sprinkle a bit of pixie dust for your kids! If by chance you do not already have them added to your Family & Friends List, then you may want to sign in to your My Disney Experience account first and set them up a profile. Then, they will automagically appear in your list of guests when assigning the tickets.

Just in case the system does not give you the option to assign the tickets to a guest during their purchase, you should be able to easily reassign them to your children as long as the ticket has not yet been used. Once it has been used, then they cannot be reassigned or transferred between guests. When you pull up your list of tickets, you should see a blue-colored Reassign button. When you click it, the system will load your list of available Family & Friends. Should you have any issues completing this, please call the Existing Tickets line and they should be able to help you sort it faster than you can spell supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

James, as soon as you get your Disney Theme Park Tickets purchased and assigned to each of you, be sure to make your FastPass+ selections! These can be made up to 30 days in advance, 60 days in advance if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. I hope all of this helps you plan some magical adventures with your children! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
