    Crystal from NY Asked

My kids are ten- years old. Are they eligible to order adult meals for the meal plan or do they have to order children's meals?

    Hi, Crystal!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Food is a huge part of any visit to Walt Disney World Resort. My family plans entire days around our restaurant reservations.

In the eyes of Disney Parks dining, children who are ten years and older are considered "adults." Your kids will be able to eat adult meals. Or they can choose a children's meal and get a larger portion size. I think the biggest detail that's worth knowing is If you have reservations at a buffet-style restaurant, your kids will be charged as adults... Even if they decide they eat a kid-sized portion.

Let me know if you have any additional questions as you get closer to your unforgettable vacation!
