the kids power pack (R2D2) that is offered during SWW, is that part of a quick service item?? Also. what time does the SWW motorcade parade begin? Do they do several of them throughout the day?

Hi Jennifer! It sounds like you will be attending a Star Wars Weekends in the near future!  If so, you are in for an exciting fun-filled celebration as you are transported to a galaxy far, far away!  My family attended Star Wars Weekends last Friday and had the best time seeing all of the Star Wars Characters and other special activities unique to this Special Event at DIsney's Hollywood Studios theme park. Although we did not actually purchase the kids power pack that comes in the special R2D2 container, I really don't foresee that being an item that you will be able to use with the Disney Dining Plan. We purchased slushies in the R2D2 containers and the cost was $9 as opposed to the usual $3.75 in a disposable cup. I cannot give you a definite answer at this time, but I don't think items sold in novelty souvenir containers would qualify for a snack entitlement or quick-service entitlement since they would be considered an upgrade. I would recommend asking the cast member at the quick-service dining location on your visit to make sure. A Star Wars Celebrity Motorcade began at 12:40 p.m. There was only one Star Wars Celebrity Motorcade offered and I would definitely recommend getting a seat at least one hour prior.  You will also want to be sure to watch Hyperspace Hoopla at the end of the day, which begins at 8:00 p.m. I hope this information helps!  I saved my special Star Wars Weekends Park Map and Times Guide if you have any additional questions that I can assist you with. Best wishes for a Magical intergalactic Trip, Jennifer!
