    My kids magic bands show on the app but not mine? I try to link mine and it says already linked. What do I do?

    Hi Ana! I'm sure you must be so excited knowing you will be at Walt Disney World Resort in a few short days! Yay!!

    Sometimes Stitch gets a bit excited when he knows Guests are coming to visit him and creates a bit of havoc with their My Disney Experience accounts. However, there is a team of friendly Cast Members who are experts at helping Guests! Call My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ at (407) 939-4357. The Cast Member will review your account and let you know what needs to be done to ensure your MagicBand is linked properly.

    I'm so glad you are taking care of this now as your MagicBand will help you while on vacation by unlocking the door of your Disney Resort hotel room, entering theme and water parks (with valid admission), checking in at FastPass+ entrances, connecting Disney PhotoPass images to your account, and charging food and merchandise to your Disney Resort hotel room during your hotel stay. I absolutely love MagicBands! They have transformed the way we vacation!
