My kids are 4 and 6& I'm planning their first visit to WDW. I wasn't going to include Hollywood Studios but they love Cars. Is Hollywood Studios the only/best place to see these characters? Are there enough attractions/rides to warrant a day spent ther

    Hi Jennifer,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You must be so excited for this first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to get "First Visit" Celebration Recognition Buttons when you arrive at your Resort Hotel, or you can ask for one at Guest Services at any of the Theme Parks.

In my opinion, there are plenty of Attractions for your whole family to enjoy at Disney's Hollywood Studios, so it is well worth spending the day in the Park.  You can meet Lightning McQueen and Mater at Team McQueen Headquarters near the Streets of America. It's a great place to capture some magical memories of your little Cars fans on camera. Characters and locations are subject to change so be sure to check the Times Guide when you arrive at the Park. Also, don't miss Lights, Motors, Action!® Extreme Stunt Show®. The Show features cars and motorcycles in high- speed chases, jumps, and explosions, and you'll get to see Lightning McQueen in action as he makes a special guest appearance.

In addition to the fun with the Cars Characters, I recommend Toy Story Midway Mania!, Star Tours® – The Adventures Continues, Muppet*Vision 3D, and Animation Station at The Magic of Disney Animation. You may also want to make a "Pit Stop" at Disney's Art of Animation Resort and check out the Cars wing. The Resort brings the movie to life with the themed landscape and Characters including Lightning McQueen, Mater, Fillmore, Sarge and others from the popular film.

I hope this information helps. Please stop back by should you have any additional vacation planning questions!

    Magical Wishes,
