My kids' grandmother wants to buy them annual passes online (delux). Their ages are 15 and 20. Neither of them have driver's licences, just student I.d. Will they be able to activate their passes with this, or willl something else be needed?

    Hi there, Cheryl!

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It’s so wonderful that your children’s grandmother wants to share the magic of Disney with them through the generous gift of a Disneyland Resort Annual Passport!

Once she purchases the passes online, she’ll receive a confirmation email that includes Disney eTickets to print at home. With these tickets, your kids will be able to go directly to the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance turnstiles to start the theme park fun immediately upon arrival. Then, at some point during that first visit, they will need to stop by one of the Main Entrance Ticket Booths to collect their Annual Passport cards. No identification is required, but they each will have their photo taken by a Disney PhotoPass photographer to be linked to their pass for future theme park entry.

I hope this helps, Cheryl. Please don’t hesitate to stop by again with any other questions you or your kids might have about planning a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! We'd be glad to assist you.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
