If both of our kids are under 7, do our fastpasses have to match theirs since one of us has to ride with them? There are rides the 7 year old wants to ride that the 4 year old doesn't and we didn't want to be split up all day either! Thanks for yo

    Hi Stefanie!

I have great news for you in regards to making sure that you ride the attractions that your seven-year old wants, while not subjecting your four-year old to a harrowing experience.

Walt Disney World offers a rider-switch pass in which you and your companion can obtain to ride an attraction without leaving your little one alone.

To obtain the Rider Switch Pass, simply:

    1. Check out the list of attractions that offer Rider Switch

    2. When you arrive at the attraction, check in with the Cast Member at the front of the attraction with your entire party. One of the adult members of your party and your seven year old will wait in the line for the attraction, while the other adult member will be given a Rider Switch Pass and will be asked to wait in the designated area with your four-year old

    3. When your seven-year old and one adult gets off the attraction, you will give your Rider Switch Pass to the Cast Member and then you will then be allowed to go into the FastPass line

This is great because your seven-year old will get to ride twice and the adults don't have to miss out!

    Magically,
    Stacy
