Hi! We're going with 2 kids to a conference in March. Booked rooms at the Yacht through the conference but still dont have the WDW confirmation number. Will we have access to Fastpass+ 60 days prior to check-in? How about magic bands and extra magic hours?

    Hi Fernanda!

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I have attended many work related conferences at Walt Disney World Resort and certainly understand your concerns. If you booked directly through Disney's Meetings website, you should be receiving a confirmation email which includes the confirmation number. If the conference organizers booked on your behalf, you may need to request the confirmation number through them. Once you have that confirmation number, you can add it to your My Disney Experience Account. This will prompt you to select and personalize your MagicBands, which will be ready for you when you check-in. If you add tickets to your My Disney Experience Account, you will be able to make the FastPass+ selections 60 days prior as well. All guests staying at a Disney Resort can enjoy the benefits of the Extra Magic Hours. Hope this helps!

It has been a pleasure assisting you! Please feel free to send me any other question you may have!

    Happy Planning!
