Are kids allowed to wear costumes in the parks and around Disney World? We will be there the week of Halloween but will Not have tickets to the Mickey Halloween Party. Are there other Halloween activities around Disney World we can look for to see and do?

    Hello Susan,
Oh my goodness me yes of course children are positively encouraged to dress as their favorite Disney character when visiting Walt Disney World Resort!
As you walk around the Disney Resorts and Theme Parks you will be sure to see many happy children dressed in their best Disney finery; especially look out for pretty princesses who have visited a Fairy Godmother-in-training at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or young salty sea dogs who have joined The Pirates League!
For your information there is a Recommended Dress code for adults to adhere to.
If I can help you further plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort please come back and ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
