Mom And Son On Run

Our kids are now at the age that we don't want to pull them out of school. So we are looking at Thanksgiving week (they would miss a couple days) or Spring Break, which would be March 10-16th (Easter is 3/31). Which is worse crowd wise? Thanks!!

Hi Mandy! My kids are at that age too now, so like you, I'm always trying to choose the least crowded times to visit Walt Disney World during school vacations. Thanksgiving is a very popular time to visit Disney, so I think you'll find the crowds a little lighter during your Spring Break. Every school is out for most of Thanksgiving week, but schools across the country have Spring Break week at different times. While you'll find the park attendance levels are fairly high in March, they won't be at the peak levels you'll see at Thanksgiving. Plus it sounds like your kids would have to miss a few days of school if you went to Disney at Thanksgiving, but they wouldn't if you visited at Spring Break. It's a win-win for Spring Break!
