My kids want to do the activities in the Oceaneers Club and Lab on DCL, but they don't want to be away from us. Can parents stay with their kids in the club, at least until they feel comfortable?

    Hi, Courtney!

You can absolutely join your children in Disney's Oceaneer's Club and Oceaneer's Lab -- more than likely, they'll be tired of your "sticking around" after some time there together.  My younger children were reluctant to stay in the Youth Activities Spaces when we first started taking Disney Cruises.  However, they quickly grew comfortable with the coolest counselors at sea and wanted more freedom. Now, it's difficult to get them to come out of the clubs and spend time with the family!

I hope this relives any concerns you or your kids may have, and please let me know if I can be of further assistance to you as you anticipate your cruise. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation.

    Bon voyage!
