I keep seeing the restaurants listing entitlements (meal is 1 or 2 entitlements). We have the Disney Dining plan and it just says 1 quick service and 1 sit down meal per day. How does this break down in entitlements?

    Hi Brooke!

The Disney Dining Plan (DDP) works based on entitlements. Each Quick Service (QS) meal is worth one QS entitlement. The Table Service (TS) meals are worth either one or two TS entitlements, based on the experience.  Signature dining experiences are two entitlements. On the DDP you will receive one QS entitlement, one TS entitlement and one snack entitlement per guest, per night of your vacation.

Therefore, if you decide to dine at a signature dining experience, such as California Grill, it will take two TS entitlements per guest eating the meal. Since you earn one TS entitlement per night of your stay, that means you will either want to not have a TS meal on one of your days or pay for another meal out of pocket. If you plan your meals and entitlements ahead, you can find a way to balance all of the entitlements across your vacation.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
