Kari, thank you very much for your advice. We will be sure to make our ADRs for the CP dining package! How long before the show would we need to arrive? We would like to see Illuminations (another 1st!), would you still recommend the first show?

Howdy again Jessica!  Y'all are going all out and I LOVE it!

In the past, the performances have been at 5:00 pm, 6:45 pm and 8:15 pm.  When we attended the 8:15 performance, we would make our dinner reservation for 5:30-6.  Once we finished dinner, we would go get in line.  Given that you are going to stay for Illuminations, the 8:15 performance might be the best.

Candlelight Processional has become an annual event for many families.  As soon as the 6:45 attendees are through the line, Guests for the 8:15 viewing will get in line so they can get the best seat possible.  (Some will even begin to queue up behind the 6:45 group.)

When you walk in, you will see a section up front that is reserved.  Behind that section there will be a row for Guests with a wheelchair/ECV.  Behind that area is an isle that is a walk way.  We try to get a seat on the front row of the section that is behind the walk way.

We have seen a variety of celebrity narrators including:  Neil Patrick Harris, Michael W. Smith and others.  Though the script is always the same, they each put their own special style and character into telling the story of Christmas.  It's an amazing event performed in true Disney style...it's truly awe-inspiring.

As soon as the performance concludes, move as swiftly as possible to either the area reserved for Candlelight Processional Guests, or any other area you prefer, and enjoy Illuminations.  It will be a magical evening for all of you!!!

So excited for you.  Thanks so much for your follow up question and please let me know if you need any further information.  This will be such an amazing way for you to begin your holiday season!!

Take care Jessica and have a magical day!
