Will the Jungle Cruise in MK be the Jingle Cruise this December 2018? If so, is it better during the day or evening? Worth a fast pass?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Judy! I see that you have a Holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort in your near future. How exciting! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question!

The Magic Kingdom Park is especially magical during the Holidays. It's my favorite time to visit because of the spectacular Christmas decorations all around the park. Along with Mickey and his friends in their holiday best, you will notice that some of the attractions will have some special holiday touches added.

The Jungle Cruise does become the Jingle Cruise during the holidays! In my opinion, it’s worth a FastPass+ selection during the day but you may not need it at night. In my experience, I’ve found that the wait times for this fabulously snarky attraction aren’t as long at night. It’s a different experience in the day time because you’re able to see all of the animals and different scenes without any help. At night, it's dark and you have the help of a bright spotlight to illuminate the animals in their natural habitat. But, really, you can’t lose either way!

Judy, I really love visiting Adventureland at night because after you’re done with your exotic tour on the Jingle Cruise, you can make your way to the top of the Swiss Family Treehouse to enjoy the most amazing view of Cinderella Castle. It’s the perfect way to end your adventures in Adventureland!

I hope you enjoy your Holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your family. Feel free to stop by and see us again with any additional questions you might have. Helping you figure out all those details is our pleasure!
