    Kristen from PA Asked

How do I get from John Wayne Airport (SNA) to the Disneyland Hotels?

Hey there, Kristen! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

It's so exciting to hear you are making your way to the Happiest Place on Earth soon. From the newly re-imagined Pixar Pier to the highly-anticipated opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge this summer, this is shaping up to be an amazing year at the Disneyland Resort.

I've flown in to all of the major airports in Southern California. The John Wayne Airport in Orange County (SNA) is my favorite of them all. It is one of the closest to Disneyland and I feel like the easiest to use to get to Disneyland Resort as well. I've used many different means of transportation from SNA to Disneyland. Most methods are accessed from the Ground Transportation Center located right outside the baggage claim area in the airport's lower level.
The following are located at the lower level Ground Transportation Center:
    • On-site rental car counters are on lower level between terminals A and B
    • Taxi cabs are always ready to pick up across one crosswalk outside baggage claim; ask about a flat rate to the Disneyland Resort
    • Hotel Courtesy Shuttles and the Disneyland Resort Express (no reservation needed, but check available hours) are found by crossing the second crosswalk
    • Door-to-door shuttles such as Karmel are across the third crosswalk, reservations required

Rideshares Lyft, Uber and Wingz pick up passengers from the top level of the parking structures, accessible from the upper level of the terminal.

    Have a magical time, Kristen!
