Hi Joel,Love the way you answer ?s, so I need your help -Beirgarten vs. Coral Reef. If you could only choose 1, which would it be and why? I've been reading good reviews for BG, bad reviews on CR. But dining with the fishys sounds cool. BG looks fun 2.

Hi, Julie! You're too kind. Let me go on record by saying that I like the way you ask questions! Keep 'em coming.

My gut reaction (because I'm hungry) says Biergarten. Even if I wasn't hungry, I'd still say Biergarten. It's a much more immersive experience than Coral Reef. Sure, Coral Reef has a big tank of fish. But a man wearing liederhosen and playing a ginormous Alpine Horn trumps a sea turtle any day of the week.

While the fish are fun to watch with your kids while dining at Coral Reef, Biergarten offers more diversification and movement opportunities. For starters, you can go back and forth to and from the buffet. Another plus is the performers on stage. Lastly, you can take the dance floor and strut your stuff (and convince yourself that you just worked off dinner.)

I'd be amiss if I didn't mention that the beer at Biergarten is significantly better than the beer list at Coral Reef. I also like the food better at Biergarten, and the buffet offers flexibility for everyone in the family to pick and choose. SAUERBRATEN!!

Last but least is location. You can get to Coral Reef much more quickly if you're coming to Epcot for lunch or dinner via the main park entrance. Biergarten will be more of a hike. Keep this in mind as you put together your touring plan.
