    Catherine from CA Asked

My job is transferring me out of state and I am moving I have no need for my annual pass is this a valid reason to cancel if I can provide proof of my transfer and selling my home in California?

    Hi there, Catherine!

Adventure is out there!” And it sounds like you are off to find some new adventures of your own. It’s too bad you will be farther away from the magic of The Happiest Place on Earth. But I hope you’ll find new magic elsewhere as well.

The terms and conditions of your Disneyland Resort Annual Passport indicate your passport is nonrefundable. That means your current monthly payment contract is also still in force until all of the terms have been fulfilled. Though you may be able to reach out to Annual Passholder Services to work out other options to pay the balance due on your Annual Passport.

I hope you don’t have to give up on that Annual Passport outright. As an out-of-state resident myself, I understand the challenge of visiting the Disneyland Resort as much as one might be able to if living in Southern California. But, who knows? Perhaps you will get a chance to make a visit or two back to "Walt Disney's Original Magic Kingdom" before your Passport’s term expires.

    Have a magical time, Catherine!
