Hi Jennifer I will be with my family of 12 with a 4 yr old and two 6 yr olds I was told we can only get 3 fast passes for 1 park each day. Do we all have to use the 3 passes for the same ride even is everyone doesn't want the same ride?

Hi Marie!  I am so happy you brought me your question today.  I have traveled  to Walt Disney World for many years with over 20 members of my family.  I say the more the merrier!  I can understand your concern about using your FastPass+ entitlements.  I have two young sons who often do not want to experience the same attractions as their older 8 year-old sister.

At the current time each member of your group will be limited to three FastPass+ reservations per day in one park.   You most certainly do not all have to use your 3 entitlements for the same ride.   Often my husband and daughter will choose to blast through the galaxy on Space Mountain, while I take my younger ones on the Tomorrowland Speedway.   You can all choose to use your FastPass+ reservations however you would like.  Please keep in mind an adult will need to accompany the 4, and 6 year-olds on whatever attractions they would like to experience.

I hope you have a magical time with your family.   I can't think of a more magical place to spend your vacation!  If you need any further assistance I would be glad to continue to help you out.
