interested in a cruise...worried about hidden fees. Is room service really free or am I charged a fee every time? also I heard the the teen clubs are free but that a fee is charged for each child that attends after the cruise? Thanks

    Ahoy Margaret!

One of the best things about a Disney Cruise Line vacation is everything that's included in the cost of your cruise. Your meals, entertainment, stateroom, port visits, and so much more are already taken care of by your cruise fare!

24-Hour Room Service is complimentary, and such a convenient service to enjoy. We love ordering a cheese plate to snack on while we're in our stateroom getting ready for the evening's entertainment, and milk and cookies before bedtime. While Room Service is included in the cost of your cruise, gratuities for the Cast Members that deliver your food to your room are not. We typically bring a small envelope of small bills to tip and reward the hard-working Room Service crew. There are also a few Room Service items that are offered at an extra charge, such as alcoholic beverages and certain snacks, such as boxed candy (great to take to the movie theatre onboard!).

Youth Clubs are also offered at no charge to guests ages 3-17. The age ranges for the Youth Clubs are as follows:
    • Oceaneer Club/Oceaneer Lab - Children ages 3-12
    • Edge - Children ages 11-14
    • Vibe - Children ages 14-17

The only youth service that comes at an extra cost is for little cruisers ages 6 months to 3 years at "it's a small world" nursery!. Time in the nursery is by reservation only, and can be reserved when guests book their Onboard Activities before their sailing.

I hope this helps with your planning - have a magical day! - Diane W.
