Would like information about the"tiered' references I have seen?

Hi Catherine! I believe the "tiered" references you are seeing have to do with the Walt Disney World park attractions and the FastPasses that are offered.

The attractions are tiered in the Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot parks. This means when choosing a FastPass experience in one of those parks you will be able to choose one from Tier A and then two from Tier B. Guests are allowed to plan ahead and choose up to three FastPasses before they even arrive for each day of their visit. Once they use their three they can add more for that day in any of the parks.

Having the tiered system makes your choices more difficult as often the most popular attractions are listed in the same Tier A where you can only choose one. Planning a second day at a park is often the choice of many families when there are more then one attraction that is a must do during their stay. Other families get up early and head to the parks for opening and stand in the lines for those attractions they can't get a FastPass for. This takes good planning but indeed everything can be enjoyed.

Hope this explains the FastPass tiered system to you so when its time to make your plans you can get the FastPasses of your choice!
