    Since the information on My Disney Experience is incorrect, how can I cancel it?

    Hello there, Joan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. 

    Wow, your vacation is coming up quickly. I hope you're getting excited!

    I'm sorry to see that your My Disney Experience account is not correct. My cousin just had the same thing happen right before his honeymoon to the Walt Disney World Resort.  In this instance, my recommendation would be to call the My Disney Experience, MagicBands and Fastpass+ line and speak to a Cast Member. Doing this, my cousin was able to sort out his account in just about ten minutes and I hope you can do the same. 

    I hope this helps so that you can be stress free and focus on your upcoming trip! Since you'll be arriving in March, you're just in time to experience Walt Disney World Resort's newest attraction, Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway at Disney's Hollywood Studios! I myself can't wait to jump into Mickey's cartoon universe on this wild ride that's sure to wow.
