    Whitney from MS Asked

Hello! I will have 2 infants (2 and under) going to dining reservations with our family. Do I include them in our reservation? So if I have a total of 8 including the 2 infants, do I say a party of 6 or 8?

    Hi Whitney,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for sending us your question.  Visiting Walt Disney World Resort with small children is simply magical, you are going to have a fantastic time watching your little ones explore and discover so much during your stay.

Even though your two youngest guests do not require a Theme Park Ticket, they will need to be included in your party when making Advanced Dining Reservations.  This is required so that the Dining Location can have an accurate headcount for safety reasons, as well as to properly prepare for your visit.  So when making your Advanced Dining Reservations, you will need to look for a party of 8, not 6.

On the other hand, when you book FastPass+ Selections in a few months, you will not need to include the little ones in your selections.  FastPass+ is connected to Theme Park Tickets and since the youngest guests do not require Theme Park Tickets, they will simply come with you through the FastPass+ queue and enjoy the attraction, provided they meet the height requirements.

I hope you create lots of magical memories with your little ones, Whitney.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.

    Stephanie
