Hi Moms! I'm on WW and was wondering if there is a Disney WW app I can put on my phone. I am excited about going but don't want to over indulge. We have a dining plan as well. Looking forward to going to WDW in 17 days! THANKS!

Hello Antonia, thanks for asking your question here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I know all too well about over indulging on vacation and then regretting it when I get home.  I think it is great you want to stay true to your diet or weight loss goals.

I'm going to guess that WW means Weight Watchers.  Disney does not have a specific app for that but I can still point you in the right direction.  I recommend if you have any concerns over a specific meal or restaurant, you can email specialdiets@disneyworld.com.  They are a very helpful resource when it comes to people being on special diets and people with food allergies.  I did a quick Google search with the phrase, "Weight Watchers at Walt Disney World".  One of the first results ended up being destination guide on the Weight Watchers website to Walt Disney World.  I clicked on the "What To Eat" tab and it has some really great information. On that site, you can find lighter options at all four theme parks.  I really enjoyed looking at the options, and I think you will too.  I will be bookmarking that site for my next Walt Disney World vacation.

Have a magical day.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

I love all-things-Walt Disney World! No trip is complete without a few carrot cake cookies, Dole Whip Floats, thrill rides with my 7-year-old, Pin Trading and finding Hidden Mickeys with my husband. I may have a small family but we are always ready for some BIG fun on our next Walt Disney World vacation! Learn More About Jackie
