Hi, Im writing RE: Ferrytale wishes. The only date avail. while we are in WDW is the day we arrive and didn't plan to be in any parks that day and dont want to buy an xtra day- do you need park admission to attend? You meet at ticket and transport Ctr

    Hi Jill,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I've got good news: Park admission is not required for Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise. Check-in is at the Transportation and Ticket Center, and you do not enter Magic Kingdom.

If you are driving, you will need to park in the Magic Kingdom parking lot. Walt Disney World resort guests get free parking. If you are taking a bus from your resort, your best option is to go to Magic Kingdom and then take the monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center. Again, you can do that without going through the gates at Magic Kingdom and using a park ticket.

Reservations for the dessert party are strongly recommended.

Please check back with us, Jill, if we can help with any other answer or suggestions for your Walt Disney World vacation. We're always happy to share our experiences. Enjoy!
