I'm worried about rain when we visit. Are there any rainy day activities for kids?

There are many things to do if it is raining at Walt Disney World. Given the climate in Florida, you can expect an afternoon rain on most days. You can definitely still tour the parks in the rain. Just grab a poncho and keep going! There are also many indoor attractions at each of the parks, which you can experience while you are waiting for the rain to stop.

However, if the rain is persistent, consider going to Disney Quest for the day. There are many games and activities for both kids and adults.

Downtown Disney is also great to explore if it is raining. It is outdoors, but you can duck into the stores and shop for reprieve from the rain.

Many of the resorts also have arcades, which kids love. My kids spent the entire afternoon in the arcade at Art of Animation back in June and they had a blast!

You can always take in dinner and a movie at AMC Dine In Theatre, watch a show at La Nouba or go to Animal Kingdom and watch the animals, which are more active during the rain. Another fun activity is to go resort to resort and explore the theming at each of the resorts. They are each unique and it is so much fun to see how the theme is played out at each resort.

You will have an awesome time at Disney, if it the weather doesn't cooperate.

    Magically,
