Animals in the Savannah at Disney's Animal Kingdom resort

I’m wondering how far of a walk it is to get to Sanaa from the Animal Kingdom bus drop off. I would like to have breakfast or lunch there on the day we go to Animal Kingdom. Thank you:)

Jolene! I'm getting hungry just answering your question!

Sanaa is a hidden gem located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. The word “sanaa” is Swahili for “art," and you'll see why as you notice the intricate details in the restaurant- don't forget to glance up at the ceiling. This is a totally immersive dining experience at Walt Disney World. Where else do you get to eat with ostriches, zebras, and gazelles?

When you leave Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, take the complimentary bus transportation to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge (it would be too far away to walk from the Park). Once you get to the resort, get off at the second stop, which is Kidani Village. From there, you are just a short walk to the entrance.

I'd highly recommend eating here for lunch for one main reason-the Bread Service (which is only served at lunch and dinner)! You'll receive five styles of Indian bread, including traditional Naan, and nine sauces. Trust me on this one- it is delicious! The Butter Chicken and Tandoori Chicken are also favorites of mine. Request a table close to the window when you check in.

Booking a later lunch would allow you to get all your theme park touring done beforehand. Arrive at the park early, and try to get those FastPass+ selections for Avatar Flight of Passage. After lunch, you can spend some time touring the resort, including heading over to the main lodge at Jambo House (it's a ten-minute walk, but you can also take the bus). This would be my definition of a perfect day!

Have a magical vacation this fall, Jolene!
