Hi I'm going to WDW in August. I have chronic pain which would not be made better by being in a wheelchair. My main concern is standing in queues as I need to be constantly moving, not in a wheelchair. Would I be able to get a disability pass?

    Hello, Clare!

I am sorry to hear you are battling chronic pain. You can request Disability Access Service (DAS) at any theme park Guest Relations Lobby. This service is designed for Guests who are unable to wait in a regular queue due to a disability. You must request DAS in person so Cast Members can offer the best advice based on your individual needs.

In addition to DAS, you can utilize FastPass+ to help reduce wait times in the attraction queues. FastPass+ is a complimentary service included in your theme park admission that allows you to reserve up to three experiences per day in one park before you arrive.

Sending you lots of virtual pixie dust for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit, Clare! Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Have a magical day!
