Hi! I´m visiting Disney World on July with my family including a 1 and 2 year old children. Is it better to have lunch in be our guest, or breakfast before the park opens, to take advantage of some rides in the morning when the park is still closed?

    Hello Astrid!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are honored to answer your first question and help you plan beautiful memories for your little ones at the most magical place on earth.

I believe that the choice between breakfast and lunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant depends on your family habits. My daughter has always been an early riser, so breakfast is always our first option, especially in July because it is summer and I like to go back to our Disney Resort hotel in the middle of the day for a break from the heat. If this is the case with your babies, then breakfast is your best option. If your family likes to sleep in, then you might want to consider making a reservation for lunch.

Attractions are only available for Guests after official park opening time, but if you have an early morning breakfast you will already be inside the park when attractions open, which means you will be ahead of most Guests. Remember, however, that morning Extra Magic Hours may be offered during your visit, which means Disney Resort hotels Guests are able to enter Magic Kingdom Park and enjoy certain attractions one hour before official park opening.

Moms Panel tip: to make traveling with babies easier, each park offers a Baby Care Center where you can go for a diaper change, to take a break, to feed your kids or even purchase forgotten items.

I hope this helps you while planning, Astrid! Next time stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel in Spanish! My fellow Spanish-speaking panelists will be happy to assist you in your beautiful language.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
