Hello! I'm going to visit the AoA and did the online Check-In already. I need to pick up my magic band & would like to upgrade my ticket + leave my luggage there. Can i do it all at the front desk or do i need to go to several counters?

Hello, Jennifer. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Your Walt Disney World vacation is right around the corner, I bet you are getting so excited.

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is such a fun place to stay. You are going to love it. Be sure to have your camera out when you are walking around because there are so many great photo spots around. When you arrive at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you can head straight to the front desk to pick up your MagicBands. Since you've already checked in online, this will be a super quick stop for you. Once you have your bands, you'll need to take your luggage over to the Bell Services Counter. This is where you'll drop your stuff off until your room is ready. They will give you a ticket receipt that you'll need to hold on to in order to pick your things up later or have them delivered to your room. To upgrade your ticket, you'll then need to slide over to the Lobby Concierge at your resort hotel. If the front desk isn't busy, the Cast Member helping you with your MagicBands may be able to do this for you as well, it doesn't hurt to ask. So it looks like you'll probably be making 3 stops when you arrive but they are all really close together and should take no time at all. It won't be like you are walking all over the resort to get your to-do list done.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction for when you arrive. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask. Enjoy your trip!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
