    Hi! I'm trying to understand how the DAS will work with the My Disney Experience app.We have the DAS for DL and had used the former GAC at WDW previously.Will it load our return time into the DAS section of the app?Do we still go to CM for return times

    Hi, Brandy, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we thank you for your continued loyalty!

    Walt Disney World Resort continually strives to afford all Guests a positive, memorable and inclusive experience and in that offers Services for Guests with Disabilities planning page.

    Disney Parks Disability Access Service is intended for Guests whose disability prevents them from waiting in the conventional attraction queue and can be utilized in addition to Disney FastPass+ Service. Initially, please take all members in your travel party including the Guest who has the disability to any Disney theme park Guest Relations Main Entrance.

    My Disney Experience online and mobile app accommodate the Disability Access Service return time in the same area that you use for FastPass+ selections and Advanced Dining Reservations. We use the mobile app in a similar fashion to that of a Visual Schedule Board for my Autistic son which shows him what his day will look like.To obtain a return time any member of your travel party can approach a Cast Member, however, the Guest in possession of the Disability Access Service must board the attraction with his/her travel party.

    May I also offer Walt Disney World Resort's Resource for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities in preparation for your visit.
