I'm still trying tofigure out what MDE is & how to navigate it! Can I participate in linking tickets for using the fastpass facility, even though we are staying off-site & not booked through Disney. I seem to need a booking reference of some sort

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jeannette!

I'm happy to help you navigate the in's and out's of My Disney Experience! It is really a great way to manage all of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans and reservations. If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you will be able to book FastPass+ reservations 30 days in advance if you have valid theme park admission tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can link your tickets in My Disney Experience using the ticket ID number. The linking page gives some examples of where the ID number is located on your printed ticket. If you booked your tickets through a travel agent, they should be able to provide you the ID number for each of your tickets. Once you have linked your tickets and are in your 30-day window, you are all set to make FastPass+ reservations via My Disney Experience! If you add everyone in the group you are traveling with to the My Disney Experience Friends and Family list and link their tickets as well, you will be able to book FastPass+ reservations for your entire group at the same time!

Don't forget you can also use My Disney Experience to book and manage your dining reservations and I love to use the My Disney Experience online itinerary during my trip to help us stay on schedule! Let us know if you have any other questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
