Hi Im trying to plan a trip to WDW for my BFF's daughter who is celebrating her Sweet 16. There will be 4 or us traveling, my friend, (adult), & her 2 children ( ages 11 & 16), and myself (adult). We would like to get adjoining rooms HELP

    Hi Bianca,

How exciting that your friend's daughter will be celebrating her Sweet 16 at Disney! Do check the Celebrations page for ideas on how to make her trip even more special.

You may simply request two adjacent and connecting rooms at the same Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. When making the reservations, please make sure to specify that you wish to book two connecting rooms linked by an internal door, rather than just adjacent rooms which are next to one another, but lacking that internal door in between. That is, unless your wish is to stay in two separate rooms that are simply next to each other. Please contact Disney at (407) W-DISNEY, or (407) 934-7639, to make your request. The Cast Members will note your reservations, but please keep in mind that requests are not guaranteed.

Disney Mom Tip: If you link the two room reservations through My Disney Experience you'll be able to coordinate your entire party's vacation plans by booking dining reservations, arranging for FastPass+ selections, enabling Disney Memory Maker photo sharing between the two reservations, etc. Here are the step-by-step instructions for connecting Family & Friends.

I hope this information was helpful to you, Bianca. Please write back with any other questions you may have for us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Wishing you an unforgettable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
